PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE INTERIOR DESIGNER AT DIFFERENT STAGES

PHASE 1 – CONCEPT DESIGN: The I.D Consultant will initially:

PHASE 2 – SCHEMATIC DESIGN

Following completion of the Concept design, the I.D Consultant shall;

PHASE 3 – DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Following approval of the Schematic Design by the Client, the I.D Consultant shall;

PHASE 4 – CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS

Following the approval of the Design Development by the Client, the I.D Consultant shall;

PHASE 5 – TENDER PERIOD

During the tender period the I.D Consultant will provide clarifications or other assistance that maybe required arising from queries raised by the bidders during the Tender Period.

The Consultant will participate fully in tender appraisal and the selection of the successful contractor. In conjunction with construction management and procurement agent, we will ensure the Interior is kept within the allocated budget and any cost adjustments will be carried out sensitively and within design parameters.

PHASE 6 – CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION

Following the appointment of the Fit-out Contractor, the I.D Consultant shall during the supervision:
